Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 8th March 2026
For the purposes of this document, any reference to “we” refers to Rogue Concept Ltd, and any reference to “you” refers to the Client. The terms and conditions in this document reflect the standard business practices of Rogue Concept Ltd, which apply unless other arrangements are made in writing.

​FORMATION OF CONTRACT
All vehicles sold by Rogue Concept Ltd are subject to these standard terms and conditions, which form part of the Client’s contract with us. Terms and conditions on the Client’s order form or any other document shall not be binding on Rogue Concept Ltd.
Prices are quoted inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated and are charged at the rate ruling at the date of supply.

ORDERS
Orders are confirmed when an email or written confirmation is received from the Client and a non-refundable deposit has been paid.
By paying the non-refundable deposit to secure a build-to-order vehicle or to reserve a completed van, the Client automatically accepts Rogue Concept Ltd’s Terms and Conditions.

VEHICLE TYPES AND CUSTOMISATION

Completed Vehicles:

Pre-built camper vans, either new or used, are sold as-is. Minor optional accessories or add-ons may be available at the time of purchase.

Build-to-Order Vehicles (VW T7 Base Model):
-
Vehicles are built to a standard model with limited customisation options such as interior finishes, optional packs, and factory-approved accessories.

Changes outside the pre-approved customisation options cannot be accommodated.
-
Specifications will be confirmed in writing before production begins.

VEHICLE CONFIGURATOR AND LIMITED CUSTOMISATION

Use of Configurator:
-
Rogue Concept Ltd may provide a vehicle configurator for Clients to select optional features, interior finishes, accessory packages, and approved upgrades for build-to-order vehicles based on the VW T7 base model.

Configurator Options are Binding:
-
All selections made via the vehicle configurator are final and binding once the order is confirmed and the deposit is paid.

Rogue Concept Ltd is not obliged to accommodate requests outside the pre-approved options provided in the configurator.

Design and Intellectual Property:

All designs, templates, and layouts within the configurator are the intellectual property of Rogue Concept Ltd.
-
Use of the configurator does not confer any ownership or rights to the underlying designs, layouts, or methods.

Price and Availability:
-
Prices shown in the configurator are indicative at the time of selection and may be subject to adjustment prior to production due to material costs, supplier changes, or other factors.

Rogue Concept Ltd will notify the Client of any such changes. The Client may accept the revised price or cancel the order in accordance with the cancellation terms.

Limitations and Liability:

Rogue Concept Ltd shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that the configurator accurately reflects vehicle options, specifications, and availability; however, the configurator is provided for guidance only.

Rogue Concept Ltd shall not be liable for minor discrepancies between the configurator display and the final vehicle specification, including color shades, materials, or minor layout adjustments required for technical or safety compliance.

PAYMENT TERMS

Completed Vehicles:
-
Full payment is required prior to collection or delivery.
-

Build-to-Order Vehicles:
-
A non-refundable deposit of £2,000 secures the build slot.
-
10% payment of the total purchase price is due upon the vehicle entering production for standard models.
-
15% payment of the total purchase price is due upon the vehicle entering production for custom combinations.
-
Final payment is due prior to delivery.
-
Ownership transfers to the Client only after full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to adjust quoted prices if the Client selects optional extras during the limited customisation phase.

DELIVERY AND TIMETABLE

Estimated delivery dates will be provided for build-to-order vehicles. While we use our best efforts to meet these dates, delivery times are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping, supplier issues, customs, or other events beyond our control.
-
Risk of loss or damage passes to the Client upon delivery or collection of the vehicle.

ACCEPTANCE / INSPECTION
The Client shall inspect the vehicle upon delivery or collection. Any defects, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing to Rogue Concept Ltd within 10 days of delivery. Failure to do so shall be deemed acceptance of the vehicle as supplied.

CANCELLATION

Cooling-Off Period: Clients may cancel within 24 hours of placing an order. Any deposit paid will be fully refunded.

After Cooling-Off Period but Before Build Start: Any deposit paid to secure the base vehicle is non-refundable.

After Build Commences:
-
Standard Models: Clients who cancel will forfeit 10% of the total purchase price.
-
Custom Combinations: Clients who cancel will forfeit 15–20% of the total purchase price, reflecting the higher cost and reduced resale potential of custom builds.
4. Costs Incurred: Clients may also be liable for any reasonable costs for bespoke materials or third-party services already committed.

WARRANTY

All brand-new build-to-order vehicles come with the manufacturer’s warranty for the base VW T7 plus a 24-month warranty on the conversion components installed by Rogue Concept Ltd.

Where third-party products or components are installed as part of a conversion (e.g., appliances, electrical systems, fixtures), Rogue Concept Ltd shall not be responsible for defects, failures, or warranty claims relating to such products, which shall be covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty.

For clients wishing additional coverage, certain products may be eligible for an extended 6-year warranty supplied by Autoguard, at an additional cost. Rogue Concept Ltd acts only as the installer and facilitator for this extended warranty and is not liable for claims under the extended coverage; all claims must be made directly with Autoguard in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Used vehicles are sold with limited warranty, as disclosed at the point of sale.

The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party modifications.

Vehicles are sold for recreational purposes only; use as a permanent residence or for hire/letting will void warranties.

BASE VEHICLE WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Base Vehicle Responsibility:

All vehicles sold by Rogue Concept Ltd consist of a base vehicle provided by the original manufacturer. For build-to-order vehicles, the base vehicle is the VW T7. Other completed vehicles may use a variety of base models.

Rogue Concept Ltd is not responsible for defects, mechanical failures, recalls, or issues originating from the base vehicle, regardless of model or age.

Manufacturer Warranty:
-
For new vehicles, any manufacturer warranty is provided solely by the vehicle manufacturer in accordance with their terms.

For used vehicles less than three years old, any remaining manufacturer warranty continues to apply and is provided by the manufacturer or authorized dealership. Rogue Concept Ltd is not responsible for any base vehicle warranty claims.

Conversion Components Only:

Rogue Concept Ltd is responsible only for the conversion components, accessories, and optional features installed by us. Any claims for these items are governed by Rogue Concept Ltd’s warranty terms.

Acknowledgment by Client:

Clients acknowledge that Rogue Concept Ltd has no control over the base vehicle manufacturer and that all warranty claims, servicing, or faults related to the base vehicle must be addressed directly with the manufacturer or authorized dealer.

Used Vehicle Disclaimer:
-
For used vehicles, Rogue Concept Ltd makes no representations about prior ownership, mileage, or service history beyond what is disclosed at the point of sale.

LIABILITY
Rogue Concept Ltd’s liability is limited to the value of the invoice for disputed work. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
​
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties must maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information, designs, or pricing. Disclosure to competitors is a breach of these terms.
​
DATA PROTECTION
Client data will be used in accordance with applicable data protection laws to process orders, payments, and optional communications about products. Clients may opt out at any time.
​
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Any communications, confirmations, or orders sent via email or electronically shall be deemed valid and binding for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Ownership of Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, drawings, specifications, plans, schematics, technical data, artwork, layouts, conversion methods, and any associated creative or technical materials, whether produced in connection with Rogue Concept Ltd’s vehicles or independently, shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Rogue Concept Ltd.

Restrictions on Use:

No person, entity, or third party may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, display, or otherwise exploit any intellectual property of Rogue Concept Ltd for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of Rogue Concept Ltd.

Portfolio, Marketing, and Publicity Rights:

Rogue Concept Ltd retains the unrestricted right to use, display, reproduce, publish, and distribute images, drawings, designs, and photographs of vehicles, conversions, or any associated intellectual property for marketing, promotional, portfolio, or commercial purposes, whether in print, digital, or any other media now known or developed in the future.

Design Templates and Materials:

Any templates, mock-ups, designs, or preparatory materials created by or for Rogue Concept Ltd, regardless of whether a specific vehicle is purchased, shall remain the property of Rogue Concept Ltd in perpetuity.

Enforcement:

Unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Rogue Concept Ltd’s intellectual property shall constitute a breach of copyright and intellectual property rights and may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctions, and recovery of legal costs.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Negotiation:
-
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the Client and Rogue Concept Ltd agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations.

Mediation:
-
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may request that the dispute be referred to mediation conducted by a neutral third-party mediator agreed upon by both parties.

Each party shall bear its own costs for mediation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Arbitration or Court:
-
If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Parties may also agree to resolve the dispute via arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration institution, but only if mutually agreed in writing.

Interim Relief:
-
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from the courts to protect intellectual property, prevent unauthorized use of designs, or preserve assets while the dispute is being resolved.

Continued Performance:

Except where otherwise agreed, the Client and Rogue Concept Ltd shall continue to perform their obligations under these Terms and Conditions while any dispute is being resolved, unless performance is legally or practically impossible.

GOVERNING LAW
This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
​
AMENDMENTS
Rogue Concept Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Clients are bound by the version in effect at the time of their order.
